There customer service is above & beyond! Its nice to go to a place that really cares and wants to help you find the best product to help your particular needs. The BEST place to go for all your CBD needs. Hands down the best customer service I've received anywhere for any business AT ALL! Seriously! They are super nice, knowledgeable, and they even give out some freebies to try...as long as you are a good person! Oh, and they provide free shipping if you aren't local or move like we did. Have walked by this store several times but decided to go inside to learn more about CBD. Sarah and Sam were extremely knowledgeable and made my wife and I feel very welcomed. We left with a few samples and a small purchase to try things out. We plan to come back just for the great customer service.

My friend and I decided to pop on into Purely CBD after having some lunch nearby and were pleasantly surprised to not only find quality products but also STELLAR customer service. Sarah was extremely knowledgeable as well as had us try an assortment of her products as samples which was beyond anything we’ve experienced! The main thing we came in for was as a pain relief CBD cream works phenomenal but we also found a few other goodies that have been great! Will definitely be back! Purely CBD of Lake Mary has always been my go to for CBD. Sarah is always so well informed and has no problem answering any questions I may have and I have a-lot sometimes. Sarah even delivers local her products locally. She brought me some rainbow strip gummies the other day in the pouring rain. She truly went above and beyond to come to my house to make a delivery, I was truly grateful.

Sarah was an amazing help! I recently lost my husband and the stress and anxiety was climbing during the holidays. I stopped by to pick up a product for my dog and she talked to me about products for me. I agreed to try the water soluble and I noticed a few hours later I was so much more at ease! I was even able to enjoy Christmas service with my family! Needless to say I returned the next day to purchase I highly recommend not only the products but Sam and Sarah as they are so helpful!!!
