Only positive experiences with knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately I received a defective product (manufacturing error) but I used all of the product. They actually cared about my experience beyond the sale and offered me an exchange. No issues after that and I definitely will be getting more because of the quality product and excellent customer experience.
