I have panic attacks and anxiety and I’ve been on benzos and I find them to be the devil. I decided to try CBD and Steph was the first person in all the years that I’ve been dealing with extreme anxiety, that I feel has ever understood me and listen to me as a human being(including drs, therapists, and trauma therapists!!!) I am so grateful. I actually think this is what I’ve been looking for all along. My intention is to get off all pharmaceuticals, forever.
And if I could give more stars I would because this is the first place I have gone to shop in the last year or so that the customer service was actually happy to help me and happy I was there. Truly a pleasurable experience and I will be back. Thank you.

Hands down, the best and most effective CBD I've tried. Both myself and my family members use ION CBD tinctures and we can't go a day without them for our pain, relaxation, sleep and just general wellness. It's s staple in our household. From the tinctures to the gummies, we've tried them all. And the owner is an amazing guy. He's so willing to share new products with his customers. They have an ION CBD vape cartridge they are planning to make and he let me and my mother and father try a few of them. They are wonderful, by the way! I vape on it every night and I'm out like a light within 30 mins. I would and do highly recommend them to everyone who's in need of wellness. I've been to other CBD shops in town, and ION CBD is the only one I am wiling to give me business to. Keep up the good work, you guys.

This place has amazing customer service. They have ability to chat online with you, which helped my situation. I purchased 2 vape cartridges from them. On my way home I opened one and began to puff on it. I was not getting any good pulls, and if you know anything about cartridges 1 in 500 maybe dont work properly, its not a bad thing at all. That being said they communicated with the messenger service and told me to head on in and exchange it for a new one. This hands down is a class act! The lady in the store was fabulous as well very friendly operation, coming from a person who has traveled from Pittsburgh to Los Angeles truly recommend! Bravo!

These guys have excellent customer service. I went in there earlier today for the first time and they are so knowledgeable about each product that they have. They even have a table full of information about their products. It’s wonderful because I wasn’t very informed on anything CBD before. A large selection of products as well and affordable prices, so I left very happy and I will return
