I'm a convert. I was skeptical of CBD but have recently performed a one-month experiment on myself with CBD, and found that, lo and behold, I am in fact actually sleeping better at night -- less waking up in the middle of the night with anxiety and so forth. I'm going to bed at night and waking up in the morning, with largely uninterrupted sleep, the way it should be! I'm not sure what the physiological mechanisms are, but I sure do like feeling more well rested in the morning. And the new Buckhead CBD store is really convenient and nice. So glad they came to the neighborhood!
