When I came in I was immediately greeted by a kid named aris who changed my mind completely about vape shops. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and super nice. If it weren’t for him I wouldn’t have came back ever. Definitely will be coming back to the windy hill location. Ask for him when you go!

Had a little issue at this Windy Hill shop but spoke with Dalton and Georgio at the Sandy Springs shop and they were able to make things right. I felt like they were eager to keep me as a happy customer and they were very disappointed that I had anything other than a great experience while shopping at Cloud 9.

The juice is ok, but I'm pretty sure I was sold cloned coils. I should have known 5 coils for $15 was too good to be true for an aspire tank, but hey gotta go for a good deal. This ended up costing me money in the end though because all the juice leaked out of the tank only 1 of the 5 coils actually held juice, and it didn't even fire consistently.
It's not ok to mislead people who shop with you. If your product is cheaper because it's not authentic that should be made known, I'm not even going as far as saying i wouldn't buy a cloned product I would just not have bought 5 initially, I would have tried them out first. Smh at cloud 9 I won't shop there again.
