I am new to the world of vaping- and Sam has been awesome helping me find what I need. In my first visit, Sam showed me how to mix the CBD oil I had in order to be able to vape it. He is always willingly to let you try different flavors and if you have something that you like- he will get it for you. The shop is clean, staff is friendly, and carries a huge selection. My husband and I have visited the shop at least once a week and Sam is always there to answer any questions we have and to ensure we get what we need. I have visited almost every vape shop around and Sam's is by far the best.

I was looking for a specific coil for my tank and called Sam and he happened to have them at the Marietta location which is about 30 minutes from my house. That being said, he drove them to the woodstock location so I could pick them up on my home from work. Sam was super nice and even offered to make sure that he has the coils or something similar in the future! Definitely making this my go to vape shop.

The entire staff was awesome. Gabriel was especially amazing!! Very knowledgeable and patient guy. He is extremely passionate about his work. My husband and I will be regular customers definitely!

Love this store! I've gone no where else since they opened because they're so convenient to me, they've got a great rewards program, they're knowledgeable and the prices are commensurate. The store is always clean and bright and everyone their is friendly and helpful. I just wished they opened a bit earlier on Saturdays.

New vape shop recently opened by my house. Pass it every day and did not think this place would not carry a certain brand. Ive been looking all over for a certain kind. So i decided ill come and check it out. Of course when i asked...they didnt since i just moved from Florida. Sam, asked what was the name and looked online for it. He told me that he could order it and have it in a few days. I was thrilled! He called me when it arrived just a few days later. Great customer service! He also stayed open a half hour after business hours so i can purchase it after my job closed. Defenitly will be back!!!!

Stopped by today at about 11:45 and the Open sign was on and hours said they opened at 11 but lights were off and door was locked. Ended up having to find another vape store.

Extremely dissatisfied with this place. Not necessarily the customer service but the policy for the no returns. I was having issues with my MOD and i was told it was the batteries. So i bought new batteries went out to my car to see if it was the batteries that was causing the issue, saw that it wasn’t and immediatel went back inside. Wasn’t even outside of my car for 5 minutes. Tried to return the batteries and was told i wasn’t allowed to. That’s absolutely ridiculous considering i didn’t even leave the parking lot yet. I’m sorry but i will not be coming back. If you guys want a good vape shop
To go to id go to K-Town Vapor off Barrett pkwy. Anytime if had any sort of issues, they genuinely care and try to help you out. No matter what the “policy” is.

Seriously hands down, best vape shop in the area. I drive past several others just to go here. There not a flavor he doesn't have. Prices are awesome and customer service is stellar. They are always willing to spend as much time as needed to explain things (even to noobs like me) and he has a pool table to boot. Great place to spend a lunch hour instead of sitting in my car.

Great place! The staff is friendly and will help you with any troubles you are having. Also I can sample any flavor that they have in stock for free. Just ask. This is the only shop I visit just because of the prices and services.
