I was going to The Vaping Outlet in downtown Pocatello and always loved it. I probably went for about 2 years and then I noticed this one on Yellowstone that's way closer to my house and have been going there ever since. This place looks small from outside but on the inside it's huge! They have by far the best prices as well as a gigantic selection of vape juices. For someone who vapes, I highly suggest this place. They also carry CBD products, disposable vapes, all kinds of vape mods, tanks etc.
That's all great just on its own but the staff are also amazing. The manager (his name is Grey) is also fantastic. He's super knowledgeable and friendly and he's there almost every time I go in. He really does a great job with making his customers feel like family. Some might not like that he needs to check your ID every time but as a mom of 3 teenagers, I totally appreciate that.
I've noticed quite a few really bad reviews on here in the last few days and I have no idea what these people are talking about because I have been heres so many times and never ever experienced rudeness. There was even a time they couldn't sell to me because I didn't have my ID but Grey was so nice about it, I was blown away. I went and got my ID (should've had it in the first place) and everything was fine. He even apologized over and over but I guess they've really been cracking down with sting operations etc. These must be kids under 18 writing these reviews because they are definitely not shopping at the same place I'm shopping at...
