Tge gentleman working on Sunday afternoons is great he knows his information about everything in the store and was really helpful when it came to helping me with my tank and atomizer even though I think the stores policy should be if they sale a defective item like a coil they should replace it or refund it. Besides that great shop plus the only one open on sundays!

The customer service here is horrible. I just went in for help and the girl kept saying there is nothing I can do to help you because my manger isn't here. So I ask when will he be here I don't know. So I asked her to call so I could come back so I could get help then she proceeded to lie to the manager and say it looked like I dropped even though there was a scratch on it. Then they kept saying well you must have used the wrong charger. No I used the one you told me to buy. This place is ridiculous and horrible customer service. Never again I will just buy another vape before asking for help from them. Don't go here!!! Go to Outlaw they are way better.
