About three weeks ago I bought a Zenco Duo from this location and it was faulty. I have been battling with customer service for the last two weeks but they unjustly closed my ticket claiming lack of response within 24 hrs on my end even though I had responded within three or so hours. Now I had to open a separate ticket and their response has been lackluster and very slow. I love sunnyside and have a patron for over a year and this lack of customer service is simply unacceptable to me. I am more than welcome to edit or delete this review if I can get a response and any form of compensation (refund, exchange, instore credit).

Hey other customers, you know what? When youre up at the counter, you don't have to tell the person whos working your life story and how long youve ben smoking weed. Etc. Theyre not impressed. They dont care! They hear this all day long. just an observation. Its usually people 45+ and couples who take the longest. And they never order online first. So why do i have to??????
