I went to this location because it is close to my sisters house and it is by far the best location in this franchise. Brent remembered me the second time I came in! I was so surprised! But it was awesome. The staff is the best because they are actually knowledgeable about every single product. All I have to do is explain my needs and they recommend the best products for me! It just makes everything easy. There are so many strains of kratom, it can be very confusing. It is their job to educate the customers and make sure they aren’t overwhelmed or confused! And they definitely get that job done! I am super impressed! I never leave reviews but I really believe they deserve one!
I have tried so many stores for good kratom products and it’s really a trial and error process. But for anyone reading reviews to find a reliable place to buy- believe me, this is the place to go!

I have been to CBD Kratom in Downers Grove several times and each time I've been there, I have an excellent experience with their staff. This last time, I was helped and advised by Manny and Tamia - both who were very friendly but also very knowledgeable of the CBD products and how they can help. I struggle with sleeping (and staying asleep) and while I was hoping to repurchase a previous product that I'd purchased there that helped me tremendously, they no longer carry it. However, Manny and Tamia were very helpful with showing me various alternative products - one of which I purchased and have been using for the last few nights. And it works wonderfully!!! Thank you, Manny and Tamia, for your friendliness, expertise, time and consideration. I appreciate it greatly and have no doubt that others do, as well. Great employees - great store!!!
