So, I dropped my Count Vapula vape pen just one time and it stopped working! I was feeling really sad about it since I’d only had it about 3 weeks. It didn’t appear damaged, but something must’ve been wrong internally because it just wouldn’t heat up anymore. I called Upper Limits where I purchased it from to see if there was anything I could do to bring it back to life. They were so nice about it, they mailed me a new one for free! Awesome people at this store! Thank you so much Matthieu! I highly recommend this place, and can’t wait to stop back in soon!

Bought a pen from these guys a month back and it leaked since day one. Came in 2 weeks ago telling them that the pen was leaking. They said they could not exchange without manager approval and told me to come in before 5 Mon-Fri. Like many, I work during the day so very difficult for me to come in at that time. They suggested I should change the coil even though it was not used up. Came in again before 5 and the manager and owner were on the property. Neither one came to discuss the problem with me. Said they would not take it back. I wanted to exchange it. I didn't even ask for a refund. Any other business that sells a faulty product would work with the buyer. Now I have to eat the cost of the pen and clean the mess it made in my vehicle and pocket. I also lost the liquid that leaked out since buying the pen.

the owner showed me around answered any question I had and he was very knowledgeable on all the products I had questions about and he didnt mind me taking a look at a lot of different things it's a little put of the way for me but the great service awesome selection and even better prices definitely make up for it!

WOW! Amazing store with everything you could ask for on the shelves. Deep selections of glass, vapes ,and accessories. The guys here are super knowledge able and this is my Go-to shop in the area. No one can beat their pricing or service!

Very attentive staff! We bought some nice pieces made by local artisans and met the creator of a piece that I purchased. Great experience and will definitely visit again next Midwest road trip!

Recently went by Tribble and came back to review Upper Limits.

I realized I didn't even know how good the customer experience was at Upper Limits until I was legitimately offput by how bad the service was at Tribble.

The employees are knowledgeable, and very helpful.

Seriously, this is the better shop.

Not your typical vape user, but a middle-aged woman trying to figure out medical cannabis technology. I walked in feeling stupid, and was met with superior customer service. I got exactly what I needed. I've been back a couple of times, including with my adult daughter who does vape. It's always a good experience.

Great store! Would definitely recommend to friends. the owner, Matt, is a great dude and is always more than willing to help out with whatever issue you may have. Also, the staff is wickedly awesome to hang out with.

Upper Limits is a very nice laid back place, a very chill environment. All the people there are very nice and will help you make a good decision on vape products while providing amazing customer service. Amazing selection at low prices. 5 star business. My number one vape store.
