Never go here. They are ridiculous with the right return/exchange policy. I literally just bought a vape pulled it out the box. Both coils that came with the vape leak from the airflow. They said they would do nothing to help me? How is that my fault that I spent $100 plus there and it's leaking out the box and you won't do anything for me. Go somewhere else that will take care of their clients

I have been a long time customer and thought I would visit the website when I came across the Google reviews. I noticed the rating and looked what people had to say. I completely disagree with most of the negative reviews, especially when it comes to the employees. Lisa and Amy are great, very helpful and knowledgeable. Lisa has always been more than helpful and always a pleasure. I have never felt rushed or ignored. Every one I have sent there has said the same. It is a shame if someone visits a store for the first time and gets the wrong first impression for whatever reason and immediately jumps on the internet to write a scathing review. POINTLESS!
Again, I will continue to shop here. Lisa is great, all the time. Amy is great, all the time. And....when Lisa's husband is there it is an added bonus. Even he is great.

THE LADY THAT IS ALWAYS THERE WHEN I COME IN IS SOO RUDE. SHE'S ALWAYS TRYING TO RUSH ME OUT OF THE STORE BECAUSE SHE WANTS TO WATCH HER GREY'S ANATOMY. THE FIST TIME I EVER WENT THERE SHE WAS THERE AND I WAS NEW SHE DIDNT WANT TO EXPLAIN ANYTHING TO ME. SHE LOOKED AT ME LIKE I WAS A COMPLETE IDIOT BECAUSE I DIDNT KNOW WHAT I WANTED ! IT WAS MY FIRST TIME THIS WAS NEW TO ME ! AND SHE WAS JUST AWFUL. I LATER CAME IN A MONTH LATER AND NEEDED ANOTHER BATTERY SHE SAID OH WE DON'T HAVE THOSE ANYMORE.... I HAD TO ASK HER WHAT THEY HAD. SHE IS NOT HELPFUL I DON'T KNOW WHY SHE IS AN EMPLOYEE THERE SHE IS VERY RUDE. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

Everyone there is great. Jason especially. He is always nice and explains everything and he takes his time with you. I have never felt rushed by any of the staff. Jason went out of his way to get a white Smok Prince Stick for me. He ordered it from another store and had it delivered to their store. He called me to let me know he found one and to advise when it would be in and they called me when it was. Went and got it today. Thanks Jason for all of your help!
