Hi. Besides the low key minimalist aesthetic, the friendly staff, and the pricing, the in house products are superb. I am not being hyperbolic when I say that the proprietary Moon Child concentrate is the best related product I have ever consumed. There are better bulk deals on concentrate elsewhere but what lacks in quantity here is replaced by a quality no one can touch. Lovely vacation.

No clue how to go about this but I have an order number I have a packaging number I bought like 5 or 6 Cartridges One of the packages completely unopened clearly but Very obviously Missing the cartridge Not too happy about this But it's Not like I can say Hey I'm missing a cartridge please give me another So I am at a loss
