I have shopped in person once and had a really good experience, and now I've had it delivered and it was great. Ordering online is simple, I think you can call and place your order over the phone also. I was kept informed of times, got texts a few times letting me know the delivery person was so many min. away. I showed my id, did a debit card payment, got my goods ( in discrete packaging), chatted with the driver a couple minutes. So happy with service and products!

Save yourself a lot of time if you have any type of trailer or camper. Waited over an hour to stand in line outside even after we placed our order online. Couldn’t accommodate a “curbside” pickup for us because they wouldn’t allow us to pull in with a 16ft camper… so we waited 25 feet away from the designated “stalls” while people in each of the 7 stalls came and went… easily 5-7 customers each stall in that hour. Hard to believe in this area that they haven’t figured something better out for this situation… seeing as I’m sure a lot of people camping and traveling have more than just a vehicle with them. Definitely will be choosing a different place from now on. Should be called “Lame” not Lume”
