Lume Cannabis Dispensary Escanaba, MI

I've gone several times and the experience has gotten better everytime. Nick was my helper today and got me in and out quickly, and ensured I was getting the best value for what I wanted to buy. Best dispensary in all of Michigan, especially this location! I'll be back to try something new again!

Usually the most annoying and frustrating errand to run. Today was no different. First I want to thank all the workers that put up with curmudgeons like me, they are always friendly, kind and apologetic. Apologetic, why? Because the wait is ridiculously long, always. It’s at least a 30 min ordeal to simply get my pickup order. I almost ALWAYS order ahead, so the process is simple, confirm my order bring out the keypad and bag. I pay and I’m out. My transaction takes 3-5 min.: tops. Meanwhile, there’s carloads of people coming from out of state, and waiting to order at the store. Getting waited on one at a time, holding the slot for multiple turns. Thus, holding up the line for all of us plan a-aheaders. Tonight I started circling the block at 8. A full hour before close. I circled several times, each time seeing a packed parking lot, on deck, and even an on deck to the on deck. Circle back around, same thing. I finally pulled up at 840 to see if they were going to take more cars. They were turning people away already. Maybe don’t run a huge promotion if you can’t handle regular business on regular days? Maybe have a priority line/incentive for people that order ahead? It’d keep the line moving and get more people through if customers didn’t wait until they got there to decide what they want and go over every strain and flavor of gummy you carry. I cannot wait for there to be some competition in town and spread some of these people out.

Great experience, curbside pickup was super convenient and we even able to add to our order after we got there. Natalie was awesome and helped make sure I got my discount on Veterans Day!

Very awesome first experience here at the Escanaba Lume location. Prices very reasonable and pre-sale and curbside assistance was spot on, luminary Amy L. was very helpful, kind and informative. Will be back and recommending to friends.

We come here all the time and no matter how long the line is our wait time isn't bad and our service is great! Thank you to everyone who puts in their hard efforts and don't forget..They DO accept TIPS.

Pulled into the parking spot next to the customer parking sign and employee yelled to realign myself a certain way before being served, talking to the other waiting customer about how I parked. Then another employee asked me to pull forward more even though there was no cars behind me, had to wait for three cars to pull up after me that got served before myself. Don’t bother with Lume you’re better off making the hike to Fire Station or even better RiZe. All of Lumes stores are also very small and janky.

This store is also in the middle of a neighborhood filled with families and children, and super confusing to find.
Don’t waste your time when you get better deals at other dispensaries with better employees.
