I can't tell what is better the product or the customer service , my first time going here I have to say some of the best bud I seen I used to trim and the quality is amazing. The service was wonderful I wish I remembered her name but the lady who helped me was so sweet going over the different products and so helpful. I love this place and reccomend to anyone and everyone !

Placed and order for delivery, Called because I didn’t receive a text and thought that was weird. They had informed me the driver hadn’t left yet and I should expect a text within the hour, checked back and they tell me they can no longer make the delivery as My time slot had been filled? Beyond disappointed in how this was handled and the lack of professionalism.

Friendly staff, not overly dry product. Decent pricing and a large selection. You are greeted at the door by security, who politely opens the door for you, then after check in, yoy are greeted by, what I would call a "cannabis guide", armed with a tablet that he was able to use to find flower that would satisfy my love of piney flavors. Aside from the tablet, he was pretty knowledgeable about the product and was generally just a friendly person. Cashier was awesome too. Made sure we understood how the cash out process worked, as well as how to open our walk out bag, which qualifies as a state approved lockbox! Overall one of my best dispensary experiences to date. Ive lived in all of the major legal cannabis states, and have had a slew of both good and bad experiences. My visit to Lume ranks in my top 3. Good work!
