The first time I went to loom the staff was super helpful and kind. They’re full of information and the place is clean. However I am disgusted with my most recent experience. i called them right when they opened to ask a question about my current ID and if it would be accepted there. during my explanation i was cut off mid sentence and told “I have customers waiting to be checked in. It doesn’t matter what we have on file for you, if you don’t have a picture ID we cannot help you. have a good day” then hung up on. i was truly in shock. i have worked as a receptionist at a local dispensary and i am fully aware the rules and regulations. I felt as though she did not let me fully explain my situation and did not care about me, a returning customer, only the customers in the building at the time. i’m unhappy, offended by, and disappointed with Lume staff. do better.
