The place is alright. I dont really like their stance on weed. I wouldn't suggest buying pre rolls here unless you wish to waste your money. They never burn right and this last time, none of them hit because they pack them so tight. Please learn to roll properly so your customers dont waste so much money.

According to quite a few dispensaries in Grand Traverse County, Lume contributed to the campaign to keep GTC from offering rec. just so they wouldn't have competition for their Honor location. Seems like bad form, IMHO. Can someone from here address this?
UPDATE: I didn't hear a denial in the reply. Also, am I to believe that a national company like yours is clueless to the money it spends on political contributions? You need ME to gather info for YOU about what you did with your money?

Always rude attendants. Curb service offered but complained about. Plenty of other dispensaries to go to. Anytime I go, and I am in need of curb service. I am always friendly always tip, and they are always rude about it, stating that only curb services offered in special circumstances both of which I have. Beyond that anytime there is a question the attendants are so rude as though you're putting them out, why would I spend thousands more dollars here?

The worst dispensary I’ve ever been to . Not to mention the buds . Little smalls with almost no smell . Don’t be fooled by the magnifying glass container they show the buds in . This is the worst dispensary I have ever been to . So disappointed ☹️
And this is your 1st time ever going there don’t expect anything . Not even a preroll . That’s how broke and low budget they are . This place is only good for the people who live close and got no one to buy from . Or don’t know any better . I know this review is harsh but it’s the truth . Sorry , not sorry . 🤔
