Worst sales experience ever. The salesperson sold me the wrong sized nail, then I was forced to buy a more expensive nail because of their zero returns/exchanges policy. Then get this, the nail was way too big for my dome. I go in for literally the fifth time today and I am told that I could have saved money on a cheaper nail that would have worked, but now I must buy a new dome or (another) new nail.
This store will make mistakes on your orders, break their own policies for their own benefit, and refuse to correct it's errors. I hope I can be contacted by a store manager. I will leave another review on how this situation is handled in the future.

These guys are great, they have a beautiful store, helpful staff and are well stocked. Maybe a tad expensive but given the oppressive views on hemp and etc.. in MN, they're probably right on the money.

Been going here and only here for CBD for almost a year now today had a very bad experience was sold a a product not told no refund or return policy at all and normally would understand that in a place like this but today my purchase literally didn't work cause it was produced improper went back in to get my money back or have the issue fixed and pretty much got told to get bent I am also a business owner and can promise that if I treated a client this way over non functioning product that I would lose that client and I'm sorry but I use CBD because I'm recovering from past use issues and all the times I've been in there the workers are stoned out of there mind and admit to it not very professional in my opinion so I will after losing 30 dollars along with my friend who got the same product and had the same issue and got told off as well me her and nobody I know will be supporting this store from this point forward. Best of wishes to the owner but you really need to reevaluate how your running your company and the people working there.
