I pulled in to let my buddy make a purchase and an employee inside gave my friend grief because I was in a "curbside delivery" spot despite there being no other cars whatsoever. So basically if my friend stayed in the car we were fine bur because he got out we were a problem.

I have been here about 7 times since they opened. Experience has been up and down a little, but this was the last time I will go here. I left without purchasing due to lack of selection, price, poor employee attitude and attentiveness. You're treated like just another number there, like any other business. The security guard had a dirty/annoyed face when he opened the door to let me in. The female at the check-in window was polite. No problem there. There was a decently sized line out the door there, so I called before entering while in the parking lot to inquire what the wait for a customer with a med card was. I was told there was only one med patient waiting at the moment. Very shortly after checking in with the rep at the window, a sales rep calls my name next to enter. I stepped forward and another guy stood up next to him. He immediately took the other guy back before discerning which person he was specifically calling for. I would of been next, but instead they let 6 people in front of me before noticing their screw up. Moronic, how could the possibility of one person have the same name of another person be within the same room when you have a full room/sidewalk full of random people not be a comprehensible plausibility to address when calling out a very common name to a large group of unknown faces. Also, how about educating your employees to know the products you sell so your sales rep doesn't have to interupt another employee that's with a customer for the information. Or better yet, make your product info available to your reps via the tablet that almost every dispensary has implemented for sales rep usage. Show some competency. Then again, if you're just another number, who gives a damn. Right?......Right.

The staff here is always 100% amazing! Even though Euphoria is not the closest dispensary to me I will ALWAYS go there for their exceptional service & products! While everyone is wonderful, Kurt & Austin always make sure I have the best experience possible. I have recommended Euphoria to many people.

Doesnt it blow your mind how you can order ahead of time as if you were ordering a pizza? Its so awesome! Last guy to help me is named Rocco and he was pretty cool. Excellent customer service each and everytime I walk through that door from everybody I talk to, even over the phone. Thanks guys

As a disabled veteran with a medical card, I get a very nice discount here. They have a great "rewards/loyalty" program. The employees/bud tenders are very friendly and knowledgeable. I've never felt rushed to pick out my meds. This is the ONLY dispensary I recommend when others ask.

I been going here of and on a while now. I bought a vape pen from them not long ago the budtender was not very knowledgeable about the products.
The product is kinda hit and miss. Upside they pronounce my name correctly. The staff is always nice.
