Nature's Secret CBD

This place is amazing. Absolutely one of the best costumer experiences I've ever had. Cassie and Alyssa were so nice and knowledgeable. The selection was great and the price was right. Cassie walked me through all her products and let me sample a variety of products. This is what costumer service is all about, she definitely deserves a promotion. This will be my CBD shop on forward.

Nature's Secret is a very awesome CBD establishment in Albuquerque. I have been regularly shopping with them at their old location on University. This new location is very nice and all of the wonderful staff and products still remain. Their products are high quality and their prices are fair. They have locally made options and a good awareness of where their products are sourced from. I love their water soluble tinctures made with nanotechnology. They might seem pricey but they are very effective and cost efficient because of that.

Their staff are very helpful, welcoming, and well informed. Their management is also very awesome. Zach helped me today and he really went above and beyond. He is incredibly knowledgeable about CBD and he puts people first, not profits.

It's really great to have a CBD store with multiple locations that I can really trust. I know that I am getting quality products from them for very fair prices.

As I walked in, I immediately felt at ease. Sheryl greeted me and introduced her self. She remembered my husband who had gone to her about a week ago. She asked me to have a seat and pulled together many samples for me to try. She is very knowledgeable about each product and answered every question that I had. I really felt like she cared about me getting the product that I felt was right for me and not trying to just make a sale. Thank you Sheryl for giving me above and beyond service! I will be coming back and hopefully sending my friends and family members your way.

I had such a great experience at Nature's Secret. I found what I needed and more. The customer service was outstanding! I especially want to give credit to Cassie! She always does a great job, is super knowledgeable, and is very professional. You have a great team and I do plan on visiting often/regularly.

Great store! Very sweet and friendly staff. The guy that greeted us was very patient and helpful and he let me test a couple CBD oils. I can feel my chest hurting because of all the warmth going to my heart from reading the owner’s reply’s to people’s reviews. It’s people like Shawn (the owner) that makes the world a better place! Awesome service! Very helpful and knowledgeable. I had made a purchase earlier this week and the cartridge failed and wasn't working properly. I had gone down to see what they could do for me. Without a hesitation the staff was very helpful. They took very good care of me. I have become a customer for life and will continue to make purchases from Nature's Secret. I refer these guys to anybody who is looking for great products and service.

I have been coming to various locations of theirs since moving to Albuquerque, almost a year and a half ago, but now, I only visit the Wyoming one and I love it!!! I suffer from insomnia and everyone who has helped me has been so knowledgeable and kind. There are many CBD outlets around town, but this has been my go-to and never disappoints! I love coming here.

Natures Secret was my first experience in any CBD shop, but I’m guessing they’re not all as knowledgeable and kind as they are here! She was so helpful in trying to find the right product for me and my needs. Unfortunately, the oil didn’t help like we’d hoped & I lost my receipt (story of my life) but if I ever need any other forms of essential oils or CBD, I’ll definitely be coming back here! I’ve been recommending them to everybody!

Staff is absolutely amazing here so polite and they give you information on whatever you need came to get some CBD for my rabbits arthritis and the accociate went and beyond here. She was so sweet and considerate. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Alyssa was amazing! Very informative for a first timer! Explained everything in detail for a better understanding making me feel more in powered and knowledgeable. The store is beautiful great ambiance extremely clean. All the staff is extremely friendly. I'm the boss of my own location and I personally have sent my entire staff to them!
