They gave me a defective disposable vape pen, which they exchanged for a leaking juul pod, which they exchanged for another leaking juul pod. Spoke to someone on the phone about it, they told me to come in when I had time to fix it and to try to enjoy the mess of a pod, but when I returned to the shop they told me they wouldn't do anything about it. Huge waste of time. And the employees recognized the recurrence of faulty pens among their customers by saying "oh another person having problems with a pen" and mentioning that when they got the juul pods for themselves the contents were often leaked out before use, but still didn't try to make up for it
