Came out of the vet clinic and wanted to purchase some alternative medicine for my dog never been to a cbd store before came here with my mother also. Zachary was very knowledgeable and patient with the questions we were asking hooked my dog up with a 900 mg tincture oil and my mother got a tincture for herself along with some soaps we will definetley be going back to there new location when it opens up a little far from the original spot but have some good high quality products

Wow, I could not have asked for a better experience here. Allyssa was knowledgeable and helpful and had what I call "the mothers touch" she genuinely cared. I came with a strict budget and went over the amount but she still went out of her way to cover the amount I was missing. That was just straight up kindness on her behalf and should be shared with everybody. It's wonderful to deal with humans with such integrity and awareness.

From the first purchase to now, the staff here are welcoming, helpful, and informative. I buy CBD oil for my mother for arthritis, anxiety, and IBS. Over the course of several months the inflammation in her legs decreased so drastically, she had to reduce/ change shoe size as her shoes were now too wide and loose. This is also helping her come off of anxiety meds. I mostly appreciate the service today. My mom ordered a different concentration of CBD over the phone after running out. I arrived to pick it up for her and was informed that this was a much higher dose than shes accustomed to and they expressed concern over the rapid increase. As an RN, I agreed. Rather than charging and selling her a more expensive product, they withheld charges until we had an informative discussion which included information on how to use the new concentration and discussed other concentrations along with pricing and ingredients. I called my mom and we agreed to purchase a CBD oil that's a more appropriate dose and is even half the price of the one she ordered over the phone. This is the most ethical/scrupulous interaction I've had in a while (and I work in healthcare 😬). Thank you to these people because they really do care about their clients and its apparent that quality products and superior customer service is important to them.

My 85 year old Mom learned to live with her arthritis pain for many years until a couple of weeks ago. She was in so much pain she was crying which broke my heart. I had heard of CBD but was unaware of its benefits and decided to give it a try and went to Nature’s Secret. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable and had the right recommendations. I purchased drops and cream and quickly headed home. I applied the cream to her feet and knees, she took the drops and within 1 hour the pain subsided.
