The atmosphere was very welcoming the store was very clean Victor helped us tremendously and gave us wonderful information that was really helpful I like all the selections I like that you can physically see your product and smell your product and really see the differences between products and will recommend and return I am a very happy customer thanks so much 😊

Called to ask for a ashcatcher with a perculator I was told they had ashcatchers with percolators they confidently said yes. When I arrived the ashcatcher with a "perculator" was just a with a single downstem. Since I already made the trip out there I bought it anyway. I got home tried fitting it in my bong it didn't fit. I asked for a 14mm and was told I got a 14mm it was 18mm I even measured and the receipt said 18mm . Completely incompetent worker that 100% should not be working at a smoke shop.

Victor is an absolute legend here! My boyfriend and I just moved to Ballston Spa and when I stopped in today looking for a new piece to celebrate our new home, Victor was quick to help. He was knowledgeable, beyond helpful by bringing over all the options available for what I was looking for specifically for a closer look! Even with all the raving reviews, I was a little skeptical. I always feel a bit out of place in "smoke shops" and I was expecting a typical experience here. Immediately walking through the doors I realized this place really was different, my boyfriend and I were greeted by two smiling faces and Victor began to answer any questions we may have had. Victor gave us a great walk through of how much care they put into the product selection, the business also takes great pride in their pricing (which is WAY better than I could have imagined). Victor even brought out a folder filled with all the information you could ever want on every single product they carry. I went into this store a little nervous and confused and left confident and way more knowledgeable! After leaving we excitedly went home and tried some of the stuff we bought... and I cannot wait to go back again and try even more! What a great spot I am so so SO glad I found this place. It is a must GO!!!
