I just got back from my 2nd visit to Leaf and Fog (I wrote another review before too). It's a beautiful store, very organized, and welcoming. I shook hands and formally met Victor. He's outgoing, polite, personable, and thoroughly answers any and all questions. I live right in the village of BSpa, so their location is great too. I very highly recommend it!:)

Victor was INSANELY helpful. I’m a beginner and he made me so comfortable. He was very thorough and he didn’t make me feel like I was stupid at all. I also liked that he was trying to get me the best bang for my buck and for my needs and not trying to sell just to sell. I really appreciated his kindness and I will definitely be back. Dude also gives fist bumps, and anyone who does that is great in my book.

I found this place with a quick google search and was looking for some pain relief after my flat feet surgery. So I called them and he said he had something that would be perfect for the recovery process. His name is Victor, asked for him if you ever visit. Super personable and knowledgeable. Clean friendly environment. Fantastic product. Thanks again Victor, will be back soon.

Awesome shop with diverse selections for everyone!!! The staff is always very kind and are at the door ready to help!!! Victor helped me the moment I walked in the door with a nice cheerful smile!! He was very friendly and helped me find everything that I was looking for almost instantly!!! He should get a raise/employee appreciation for the way he handles customers!!! Very kind!! It is rare in today's world to encounter someone who loves their job and exudes that to customers.

Today I visited Leaf & Fog and had the pleasure of being helped by Victor. I got to overhear his conversation with the customer before me as well, and his knowledge of store product, along with his ability to answer questions really went above and beyond.

Outside of product knowledge he simply filled the room with positive energy and genuine enjoyment of being there.

I have been a customer for many years, but if today had been my first visit, Victor would have solidified this as my place to shop.

I went in the shop not quite knowing what to expect. Victor was very knowledgeable about the products and very friendly. He allowed me all the time I needed to look around without breathing down my neck. I didn’t feel pressure to purchase something. It was a great experience.

Victor was very helpful and informative. Especially being a first time user/buyer.

So happy to find this place, I didn't realise such places were up and running in New York yet. The atmosphere is great, and the product selection is fantastic. Customer service is wonderful as well - Victor was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I found myself in the shop for 45 minutes or so just talking about all the different options available. I will definitely be back, and I highly recommend Leaf and Fog.

We’ve been to Leaf and Fog a few times now and it has been a wonderful experience each time. Not only is the product great, the customer service is fantastic. Victor helped us this time- he was incredibly friendly and helpful, always happily answering any questions we had!

Great quality and cheaper than a a medical card! This shop is always very clean and extremely helpful staff. Victor is always the perfect mix of being professional at work but knowing the audience that comes in. There's also a young blonde woman whose name I didn't get unfortunately but she was also super kind and helpful. Everyone knows exactly what theyre talking about and makes great recommendations based off of your needs.
Definitely our favorite place to go!
