Was in the store tonight with my son who is of ethnic background. There was 2 customers before us that got their stuff and walked out the door. When my son asked for what he wanted the gentleman behind the counter asked him for an idea I thought it was kind of strange that he didn't do it for anybody else about my son this is concerning especially with this day and age. I know for a fact I will never go back there And I will talk down about their business every chance I get.

I had a negative experience with an employee here when the store first opened. I had decided I wasn't going to return. After a couple of years I was in the area and really needed some products. Since a good amount of time went by, I decided to try again. The rude employee no longer works here and hasn't for quite awhile. What a HUGE difference compared to my previous visit. The person behind the counter was so friendly and helpful. The store is unbelievably clean and organized. I had such a good experience, I actually felt guilty for not coming back for so long. My mistake. I will return to being loyal to this store. Thanks for the positive changes.

I got a very basic battery about a month back from Pale Horse and it stopped working about 3 weeks after. I just brought it back to Pale Horse today and told the gentleman working there that it stopped working and I wasn't sure why. He told me he had ordered some better versions but they wouldn't be in for a week, and he gave me another battery to use in the meantime without me even asking. Very kind of him, and I definitely will be going back for any vape needs I may have. Excellent service, I highly recommend.
