This is by far the best place to get all of your vaping needs. They have the lowest prices on premium e-liquids I have ever seen locally. I am pretty much what you call a Vape Junkie. I shop here at the least 2-4 times a week just for myself, and sometimes more if the wife needs something and they always have what I am looking for. Their selection is INSANE! They carry the widest selection of juice, mods, tanks, vape kits, coils etc. and if you are looking for glassware you wont be disappointed! Trust me, if you can't find it here in store, you probably won't find at another. OK, so now you know how great the selection and prices are, but what about the service? The service is top notch! Jay and his wife are amazing! They always make you feel like you are the only one in the store even during busy times. There is no rushing you along to get to the next person, and if you want a chance to browse go ahead, when you are ready you will have their full attention. They always take their time to make sure you are making a purchase that is going to make you happy. I love this place! I have not shopped anywhere else for my vaping needs since I found Empire Smoke & Vape. If Google allowed for a higher rating this place would definitely get 10 stars from me. Since Google won't let me, I did it myself. Now you decide if you would shop anywhere else. I gaurantee once you have stepped foot into Empire Smoke & Vape you will feel the same as me.

We are from Gates so traveling to Webster isn't something we usually do, but Empire was the only vape shop in town that had the device we wanted in stock. Not only did they have the device we wanted (which works great) we also purchased a couple of batteries. They had pre-charged them so we could use the device right then, I've never seen any other vape shop do that, and it's so very thoughtful! The gentleman that helped us was a very friendly middle aged man (I assume the owner), it was refreshing to deal with person my age. Overall a great experience, when we need new hardware again we will definitely be making the trip across town to Empire!
