Best vape shop hands down😁 i drive 20-30 just to come here to my vape juice and coils. The owners are so friendly and helpful. They have TONS of different flavors, i just have a wonderful experience every time i go there. As long as i live in rochester i will only go the this vape shop.

Bought an Ijoy Combo RDA that was marked $34.99 and was charged $39.99. Unfortunately for me, I didn’t realize that I had been bait-and-switched until I looked over the receipt upon returning home. Not only that, but that same RDA has an MSRP of $24.99 and can be purchased online for only $14.99. My fault for not doing my homework, but I don’t appreciate being grossly overcharged like that. They were kind enough to refund the $5, which I appreciate, but needless to say I’ll be shopping elsewhere for such things...
On a more positive note, their prices on liquids are much more reasonable, and they have a fairly decent selection. The Naked 100 brand is much cheaper here than elsewhere (2 for $35), so I can recommend them if you’re only in the market for those.

I have been a customer of Empire Smoke and Vape ever since I moved here from California almost 4 years ago. I have typically purchased cigerettes, glass pieces, and various other products. Recently, I have made the change over to Vaping, instead of smoking cigarettes any longer than the 22 yrs I had been a moderate smoker.
It is because of the owners of Empire Smoke and Vape in Webster, New York; with their patience, and terrific customer service, that I finally felt comfortable making the leap to Vaping. I will always be a customer of this establishment, and I want to thank them for all the help over the years!
If you want great products and prices all around, with a caring husband and wife team that make you feel comfortable, and at home, then Empire Smoke and Vape is defenetly worth checking out!

About empire smoke shop until I ran out of pods in a panic I googled smoke shops
And found them
I’m basically a shy person but they actually got me to talk to them now I don’t know any of their names so to the entire crew I’ve met
Your out standing your customers service is what it should be great
FYI to anyone who reads this I don’t go to get my pods anywhere else that should tell you something
