I’ve bought glass and plastic filters/ screens here 10+ Times and have always been charged $.25/each. This week I stop into buy some and confirmed with the employee (who seemed to be new as he was not one of the two I see everytime) that they were still $.25. He confirmed they were so I wanted 10 screens. I also bought a few other things. He says my total is $19, all is well and I paid. He hands me the receipt and I notice he charged me $10 for the screens. Before I even say something he says “oh I’ve made a mistake, can I see your card again?” Thinking he caught what I did I hand him my card to refund me, instead he charges me TEN MORE DOLLARS without saying anything tab out the situation. I asked what’s happening because all I can see is a refund Is needed. He then tells me the screens are now $1.99 each. I said I’ve never been charged that and I’d like a refund, which he refuses to do despite the fact he’s still holding them. I work in retail myself so I never want to be “that” customer but I spend good money there every month on vapes, pipes, etc but doubt I’ll ever return here because of that one employee experience.
