Edit : owner/manager reached out to me and that usually isn't the case so I can't judge the company too much on the actions of one guy, and I changed my review as such. The women who work there have always been exceptionally nice to me, hope you get lucky but I'm not gonna chance it anymore.
Used to like this place and decided to check out the new location, had a really awkward exchange with the dude with the super red eyes. Needed something behind the counter I've bought many times before and always had a great interaction with the employees. This time around it's far from routine, he asked me a question to clarify the specifics of what I was looking for and I didn't understand immediately which got an extremely aggressive reply and then he frustratingly yells "we're out of stock" and I just immediately turned around and walked out. It sucks because this place is so convenient to go to and I always loved it, but this dude seems so unstable there's no way I'm coming back.

Great selection in this store. Best in the area. Wade who works there recently helped me and was extremely knowledgeable and knew his stuff. Helped me pick out exactly what I was looking for. I'll definitely be going back to Wade when I come back in the future.

That place has everything, it's like 90s style spencer's mixed in with awesome. The guy and girl who worked there today we're super helpful and awesome, they help me save money , and new their product well. Thank you. Plus they were 0et friendly.

These folks are my heroes. They had in stock, a very difficult item to find, and were open on a Sunday. And I also happened to find a new toy while I was there. Well worth the 45 minute drive I had to make for it.

A nice and very organized, clean store. Friendly and cool staff. At my age, this store is specifically the place I get certain supplements in between online orders. The parking is kinda weird, but most places are, heading downtown Winston-Salem.

My absolute favorite place. Any smoking device you can possibly think of and then some also apparel and CBDs available! This place it's fantastic I tell all of my friends who are smokers to come here are so they have cards for every $10 you spend and when you get 20 stamps you get anywhere from 15 to 20% off depending on which card you have it's awesome and the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable if you need help with anything they will help you you just have to ask! I will continuously return because of the knowledge the friendliness the products and the welcoming of the building and staff. Zack has helped me a lot in picking out items and already knowing what I'm coming to look for. They learn their returning customers.
