Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Great prices 1/8s of flower at even fair pricing and great positive intent is gone into the treatment of workers and the growing of plants. Go see the doctor so you can feel better!

I placed my Order online today, two topical's around $70 each and a tincture just under $50, the order online showed $191.16 including taxes. I am not a frequent shopper just getting cream for my dad who lives in a remote part of Oregon, so I am a bit overcautious as I know I need cash, which I rarely carry or use especially since COVID so I got the amount I needed 3-$50.00 bills, 2-$20.00 and 2-$1.00, for a total of $192.00, I count it three times, placed only it in the bill compartment of my wallet and then drove directly to Dr, Jolly's. When the gal came to help me at the window, I told her my name and pulled my id and the money from my wallet and laid it on the counter. I don't recall her giving me a total and I am a bit hard of hearing, I was going with the online total. She handed me the bag with the product. I asked her a question about the tincture to see if it could be used in a topical. She wasn't sure but said she could check with her manager, she took a paper and the money I gave her and went off to the side through a doorway, after a bit she came back still carrying the paper and money (can't verify how much) I saw the paper and saw the change total ended in .60 and thought that was different. she answered my question and I told her to keep what I thought was going to be 84 cent tip, and I left to meet my friend who was taking this to my father in Eastern Oregon. Later I get a voice message and hard of hearing I thought it was saying I owed some change more. Imagine my surprise when I get it turned up- the gal from Dr. Jolly's is calling to say she told me the total was $89.60 and she missed the $100 so I needed to come by ASAP and pay the $100.00. As according to her I had only paid $89.60, What the heck! I picked up the phone, called got the manager, and she tells me the same story the girl told me and she knows it's true as the cashier came and told her immediately. I'm like I paid with 3 50's 2 20's and 2 1's, maybe she dropped it when she walked away with it. The manager said proof would be in the till balancing at the end of the day and I would have to come in a pay the $100 if the till is short. It's not in my wallet or purse or car. Why would she have handed me the product without verifying she had payment, basic cashiering. I am more than upset.

This has to be one of my favorite places! Customer service was out standing! The guy that helped us should get something for all that he did for us! If I lived closer I would go here all the time! Prices are not that bad and the product is just beautiful! Thank you so for the wonderful experience!

Shopped at Jolly's on March 14, 2019. They are one of only two shops in Bend carrying the classic well regarded flower I wanted AND at the slightly lower price than their competitor. Bud tender was pleasant and helpful as usual.
I have researched ALL MJ stores in Bend. Seeing a price creep, expected over time for sure and varying per product. Some shops charging truly outrageous prices. Dr. Jolly's seems to hold the line on that.

Prices have going up 30-50% for flower. It used to be $35 for an 1/8th of really good flower but now its basically California prices $50-60 for anything decent. Hope this changes back in the future. I feel like they used the fires for an excuse to raise the prices as that was the reason the employee used for the cost. :(
