This use to be one of the best locally owned dispensaries in town. Unfortunately, out of state investors bought Dr Jollys and have totally ruined this place. We need to keep Bend dispos locally owned.

First time to a brick and mortar dispensary. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Henry (Enrique) was our bud tender for the visit. He was extremely knowledgeable, gave us all the time we needed to browse and ask questions. Spent probably half an hour browsing all the goodies. Got great edibles, flower and concentrates. Price was good compared to what I'm used to from the delivery services. Will definitely visit again.

Updated review: From the time I first found this place until today, this was my all time favorite dispensary. Great people, good selection, and they took care of their roots: the medical community... Now, like so many dispensaries, the focus seems to have shifted... Wax Wednesday was one of the by far best deals, and, to me, kept Jolly's attached to their medical roots... What used to be a sale on most (but the cheapest, understandably) concentrates is now the same for both Med and Rec: ONE product for $5 off.
I don't wear logo clothing... I refuse to pay to be advertising for companies... But I almost wore out my Jolly's shirt because I was proud of this organization and what it once stood for... Now, I'll be back to only plain shirts... Sad... And it's called "progress"?
At least Substance (FKA Bloom Well) hasn't forgotten THEIR roots... And will now be my favorite Central Oregon Dispensary...

Knowledge seems to lay in one or two staff members who others defer to when asked about products. Products and pricing are typical of the area. Decent shop if you know enough about cannabis to know what you want.

A lot of the time when I go to these shops I get someone with a rotten attitude, I can't say that about Dr.jollys. they were down to earth, helpful, and extremely chill. I will most definitely be back, thanks again Will, for the top notch service and the great experience! I recommend checking this place out, they have awesome variety, a large room to look at the products and very knowledgeable staff! Good vibes, good peeps, good product!
Ps. The wait wasn't bad, I was in and out in 15 min with 6 people infront of me in line!

My favorite place to go buy some quality bud! First of all the staff is super friendly and helpful but also there are a bunch of cute girls that work there! Best prices on RSO and tinctures in town. Would recommend to anyone looking for cannibas products!
