I've been asked to provide more feedback. I will, though it doesn't necessarily reflect the product though I guess the whole package. Here is the thing. You carry the best variety of products. Hands down. Your safety precautions are solid. This is it though-I am very aware when I go there that it is a tense vibe. I'll be candid. I've witnessed two persons in some kind of authority role. One I'm told is an assistant manager. I was uncomfortable with the punitive way in which she spoke to a staff member... more than once. This also occurred with the other person. It used to be fun going in there. The last time I asked myself why do I go here? It was that cold and tense. I could answer my own question. You care about safety and have great product. I would not go here if I was having a hard day though. I am raising this a star because at least someone cares enough to ask. Maybe just rewind and be kind? Otherwise so solid.

I wish I had gotten the name of the man who helped me when i came in today.
To say I’m stressed is an understatement.. my dad died 10 days ago suddenly and I’m devastated, I work 60 hours a week and I’m doing pre reqs for nursing.. I’ve avoided going to get cbd from many shops because they are typically really snotty and rude when i go in for “just” CBD.
Today, at this shop I got top notch service. He was very helpful, very kind, very knowledgeable and patient. He never made me feel stupid and made my day a little less stressful which was a blessing today.
I’ll be going back to this shop for all my future needs.

I went in today for some edibles. The customer service was excellent, supportive and efficient, which I really appreciated. I noticed that the Smokiez gummies I got had all melted together in their packaging, probably due to the heat wave. I’ll definitely come back again, but just wanted to suggest cool storing some of the goods.
