Emerald Triangle Dispensary

We went three times. The first two times, the tender was helpful and knowledgeable. The second time, when we opened it, we found it melted together. It was a different strain of the same product we were happy with the first visit. The manager on duty first tried to blame us, telling us we left it in the heat and told us we melted it. When we explained that we went from the store to the motel and it had not been exposed to heat, he quickly switched and said it was the strain. All we wanted was to exchange and also purchase more. In the first 2 visits, we spent over $300. They would not stand behind a $20 item. Very sad.

Expect more from a professional establishment. Made multiple comments about employees hands stinking of tar, resin, and or cigarettes. Understand employee consumption rights, but would imagine after a comment they would try to enforce more sanitation standards and or protocols. Next visit same experience. Absolutely atrocious skews perception of products for consumers.

This was my first time ever in a dispensary and I had many questions. I didn’t get his name but the guy who helped us answered every question we had and was very informative and had just an overall amazing personality for a newbie such as myself. When I came back a second time and had a new guy helped me, it was just as an awesome experience. I would recommend this shop.

Great service nice selection.

Keaton, my bud tender, was most knowledgeable and kind. He had great selection choices and listened to me with patience as my terminology wasn’t up-to-date. Nice place, nice tenders and excellent prices. When passing through Klamath Falls I will stop in again!

Super knowledgeable staff that make sure they take the time to take care of you even when they're busy. Great selections for every budget! Can't say enough about how great the staff is, and if you read some of the reviews you can see that it's a regular trait.

Awesome bud tender s great experience every time I go in

They have poor service, the employees don't know what they are selling and you can't ask questions about the products cause they get mad and kick you out of the place. They are not people friendly they think they know everything but they have no clue what they are doing

The staff is both courteous and incredibly knowledgeable! It was a wonderful experience and I learned so much also. The prices are great and it’s such a wonderfully clean and well organized store. You will definitely find what you’re looking for there!

We just started visiting this store but have been very pleased everytime. Great people, wonderful attitudes, and more importantly amazing product! Can't wait to keep shopping with these awesome people.
