I read alittle about CBD and it's benefits for various conditions online but did not understand much about it. I work right by the shop and pass by it daily so finally decided to go inside. I was immensely greeted by Eric who was extremely knowledgeable about everything the store had to offer and spent his time explaining to me the uses of various variations and assisted me with selecting what would be most beneficial for me personally. He was very friendly, patient, and made you feel very welcomed as soon as you walked in the door. I would highly recommend visiting this store even if just to speak with Eric or the other sales people to learn more about CBD and how it can help with managing numerous conditions as many are not aware how many uses and benefits there are for CBD. Thank you Eric for all your assistance!

My experience at CBD Kratom was incredible because of Shane. I walked in knowing nothing and most likely would not have purchased anything because of that, but Shane answered all of my questions and no matter how obscure they were- had an extremely knowledgeable answer not only based in experience, but science as well. I will absolutely make the trip from Jersey to go back to him solely because of the comfort level and exceptionally amazing customer service. Thank you for everything, Shane!!

I had a very good experience and was helpful without feeling rushed from the following Associates,: William , Naya, Sunni and Natalie are all Very Nice. Although, I had two bad experiences with different associates who were absolutely clueless and gave me incorrect information about vape pens. One incident, the Todd Adams vape pen died and I had said that I bought it two weeks ago and she said "Oh , they only last for two weeks" I did no more than 50 puffs and supposed to last for 225 puffs What?! ....They need to retrain the associates ....You have to contact the CBD Kratom chat online store for accurate information..... Online chat told me to clean the tip since it's probably clogged.

It’s so beautiful I walked in and felt like it was Christmas. The manager, Will, and a staff member, Liz made me feel comfortable and informed. They are awesome! Probably the best store to open in Philadelphia since 1776. Go and see for yourself!!

I had a great experience at CBD Kratom. I bought CBN cherry gummies to help sleep, and they worked fantastic! The sales rep (Kegan) gave me multiple products to choose from and weighted the pros and cons of both. I decided to go with the CBN because he said it promoted deep rim sleep.
Would recommend!
