Sunni and alec always have great customer service. Sunni has great manager potential, well proper and also has a great personality. Alec is very well mannered and educated on the information needed. If a higher position was possible I would suggest to definitely give those two a raise

We have gone to this store many times but unfortunately we won’t be going back because the sales people are ignorant, Uninformed and completely clueless. Went there and we had almost 1000 points in rewards, bought a vape and were told we had almost 1000 points in the negative. I asked the sales associate why and he said we were taking free items without the system taking the points off which resulted in negative points. I asked for a printout of what we allegedly took for free and they could not give me that. I asked to speak to the manager who was not there and could not be reached. We go here often but it’s seriously not worth the trouble by dealing with incompetence. Do not go here unless you want to get ripped off or have to deal with employees that do not know how to resolve problems. Horrible customer service because they have kids that work there without the ability to deal with customers the way they should be. We will go back to redeem our points but not to buy anything else. Do not bother going here!
