If you need to find a smoke shop in Austin, this is the one to go to. The employees are marvelous and the owner is as well. They always remember me and go out of their way to make sure all my smoke and vapor needs are met. Very kind people. Also this one time they helped me out when a rabid homeless person wouldn’t leave me alone. He was trying to buy a weird pipe and kept asking about how Arnold owed him money or something. Then he kept asking me for a cigarette and got aggressive when I told him nah. He pulled out this weird duck thing and kept swinging it randomly, not really even at me but then the smoke shop dude came out of nowhere and ushered him out real smooth and professional.

I went yesterday for a new mod & tank. The employee was helpful and polite, 4 stars because they noted that the mod had a built in lithium battery, but it turned out that wasn't the case. Fortunately, I had one at home, so it was a minor inconvenience.
