This used to be one of my favorite spots to go to but after visiting other smoke shops, I’ve realized that this place is way overpriced compared to others. For example, there is a product that I like to take that cost $6.99 literally anywhere else, but when I went to this place to try to buy that same product they have it for $19.99. Ive seen about 4 different cashiers that work here and they were all nice and helpful and everything would always run smooth with no issues. Recently there is a new girl there that is very awkward and every time i go in when she is working, something is always wrong. Or a machine isnt working and she doesnt have the slightest idea on how to even begin to figure out a solution. She can barely even work the little card machine.

Loved this store first time I'd ever went we decided every time we went this route we would stop. They have the coolest products. Great ideas I've seen nowhere else and the prices are about same as any other smoke shop. But this time was a different experience. Out of the 3 items purchased totaling $75-$80 only 1 worked and we trashed it. One item didn't function properly and the other (discounted item) did not work at all. And the 3rd item although it worked it was so old (discounted item also) it had lost its flavor. (Vape). They have no returns policy and that was not cool. But we were given the phone # to the person I assume the owner and she made it right on the 2 items but damn it sure was a hassle. And we still were out some cash on the one that was too old.

I usually love coming here, especially since there’s not many smoke shops in the area. But today I waited for 30 minutes for them to open and no one ever showed up. Pretty disappointing, and unprofessional.

Found a ZigZag king cig maker(not the kit)(no Filtered tubes or tobacco) Also had one of my necklaces & charm break and lost one😢 but saved the other but couldnt find reciecpt to exchange chain,also still looking for ashtray that sucks smoke in🤔😁
