Previously, I've had decent experiences at this store. When I went to redeem my loyalty card for a discount today, the man behind the counter lied to my face and said the card was not for that store. I pointed out the name, address, and phone number were exact matches. He insisted it was for another location. I insisted otherwise, and described a memorable employee. The man behind the counter briefly glanced at the card again and stated none of the initials belonged to anyone at the store. I've only purchased CBD items from that location, nowhere else. If this were a management change affecting redeeming a rewards card, bummer, but oh, well. Being lied to and treated like I'm stupid and a liar? I'll be going elsewhere from now on. If this is how they treat return customers, I've no reason to trust their product quality.
