I suffer from a sciatic nerve the Delta 8 helps me out extremely . I started off with half a gummy and it did relieve my discomfort to the point that I am not taking any other type of pain relievers from over the counter if you suffer from any inflammation and sciatic nerve discomfort I would definitely recommend giving it a try that is totally out and changed my life I am so much more flexible and mobile to do the things I really want to be doing with my grandchildren
