I have dealt with all of the smoke shops in the Mckinney area. This shop by far was outstanding. I have high standards and do not give out compliments liberally unless someone goes above and beyond. In this case Alex who is the assistant manager at the shop, had to put up with me calling in four different times as well as coming in the store to purchase a product. I had a test I had to pass so I had several questions. She put my mind at ease, she was very thorough and straightforward. I recommend that you not bother with any other store. Alex has you covered. As a side note I had purchased product from Klowdz that they recommended and it failed, I followed the instructions to the T. When I called and spoke with the owner, I was given attitude and gibberish, he was very off-putting and dismissive. So at the very least do not patronize that store. Thank you Alex for being there for and unnerved woman!

This shop has almost everything you could possibly want! They even sell ashtrays, which you can rarely find anymore, LOL! It's a large shop and a great place to find an unusual gift for someone hard to shop for or for yourself! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. If you're looking for a unique shop, this is definitely worth checking out!
