The atmosphere and people are so amazing. They're so helpful and their products are legit and VERY helpful and the staff is so knowledgeable about products and helping you find what will specifically work for you. Friendly, inviting and teaching about cbd and its uses.

I normally don't post negative reviews, but this one is necessary. I am somewhat familiar with CBD in general so I went in with high expectations. The two employees looked bored to death when I entered and did not seem interested to talk to me. I asked some very basic questions about CBD and how it could help my knee and shoulder pain. They knew very little about how their products work with our bodies and didn't leave me feeling confident. That made me curious to know where their products were made and how they were tested. When I asked, they did not know any information (I researched later that they don't even make their own products, they just put their label on someone else's cheaply made CBD) about it so then I was really skeptical. The icing on the cake is when another lady walked in to return some products she bought there. She had spent hundreds of dollars and told the employee that not only did it not work, it had made her feel sick. They weren't even going to give her a refund until she started to get upset...horrible service! Overall, the lack of knowledge, unwelcoming environment, seemingly cheaply made CBD, and poor customer service have made sure I will never return. The sad thing is that good CBD really does work, but these guys are just giving it a bad name. Buyer beware. Do yourself a favor and try some other quality CBD shops because this one is nothing but a disappointment.

This place is amazing. Jesi is the best. So knowledgeable about the products and the benefits. She help us out so much. My daughters pain level is gone with out the harmful chemicals in otc pain meds or prescription pain meds. We will definitely come back here. 100% recommend coming here if you are looking for alternatives to traditional meds that destroy your insides. Even if you are a newbie like me, she will explain everything. This place has a great vibe when you walk in. Thank you Jesi and CBD Pros!!!!

This was my second time visiting as I've tried a few of the different tinctures but the one that has helped the most by far is here. While in there I had the pleasure of talking to Kelly about the micro vape to also help with my anxiety and she showed me the one she uses so I decided to give it a shot. Bought it and she showed me how to put it together, got it all set up for me and I tried it. It took all of 10 seconds for me to begin feeling the calming effects. If you have trouble sleeping, I highly recommend the peppermint tincture 2500mg as well.

My husband and I knew absolutely nothing about CBD before coming into this store. Nicole was AMAZING with educating and informing us all about the benefits of CBD/THC has that can help with my anxiety/depression.
