In short: Good fluid, helpful and polite people. Can't really think what else you could want.
At length: I have traveled quite a bit, and been to several vape shops. I have found a few places with better fluid. I have found a few places with better customer service. But I have found a lot more shops with people who have little to no idea what they are doing, selling trash fluid. And honestly, Avail is one of the better shops in almost every regard. I have never had a problem they didn't take great strides to fix, and have never had a complaint which wasn't addressed. All in all, they have well earned a 5 star rating.

Wonderfully phenomenal! My goal to quit cigarettes altogether would not have been reached if not for Avail.as somebody who knew very very little about vaping in general they were able to educate me well enough to where I knew exactly what I needed and every time I come in they are always pleasant and very helpful and very informed on new products as they come out. I personally am not the gigantic computer in my hand vapper lol and they have a vast array of small discrete handheld devices that do exactly what I need them to do and they have wonderful flavors once you find out exactly what it is you prefer like I am not that much into the icier mentholier flavors but there is still one I do enjoy. Anytime I go, it's always a pleasant experience. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful with any item in-store. The establishment is clean, inviting, and professionally run. I've never had a problem coming here and have been going here for about two years now. The vaporizing liquid is premium quality and the device selection is vast, with great deals to boot. I always reccomend this company to friends who are interested in vaping. Good job guys!

Wow! What a great place! Wonderful atmosphere! Amazing staff and customer service! I love how you can try the liquids before you buy. They have lots of great flavors and didn't find one that tasted like perfume like many of the ones I have tried playing hit or miss ordering online. You guys are going to see A LOT more of me!

Never going back. Limited selection. Way over priced. The employees knew nothing about the products they were selling, and to top it off, the item I bought is defective.

I purchased a pen the first one they opened didn't work them the manger told me if she opened the second one it was mine I said okay, charged pen all night would not work at all went back today manager would not refund my money because she said it was cbd it was just the pen do not spend your money here there are other shops nearby that are much more accommodating I will never go back. It's not.like the pen was very expensive but to say no refunds on a electronic item is BS. Shop at your own risk!!!

Excellent customer service by all who worked in the store. My wife and I were new to vaping and all staff members took the time to explain, offer deals and instruct on how to use the equipment. Wonderful and courteous staff. I'm glad I came to this location.
