PRC - Arlington

It's a great atmosphere. Nice people. Helpful. Great selection of concentrates, wide price range. I haven't gotten many flowers, but it's been a wide spectrum. The stuff that is on special is usually outdoor. It's alright. I usually just get the north coast growers, it's pricey, but it's usually a special occasion if I get some so, I spend a couple extra bones.

These guys are friendly and don't get upset if you shop a little. At cascade you are rushed through the process. These guys are patient, kind and very helpful and fun with a great selection.

This place is pretty good. Unfortunately I'm not sure their standards for training their budtenders in product knowledge are high enough before they put them on the floor. I don't always (or even usually) know exactly what I want, so I find that product knowledge is my top priority for a desirable budtender to work with. The staff here is always friendly, but sometimes I get someone knowledgeable and sometimes I get someone that clearly has no idea what they're talking about. The selection is pretty good for kind of a back woods area shop, and the prices are great. They're always busy so that says good things about them too. Hours are convenient. Not much to complain about, but I'd say this place is pretty average.

I've really grown to like this place over the years. I've been to many weed shops in Marysville, Everett, Bothell, and even a couple in Portland, OR. While not fancy, this is the place to go if you're looking for a casual environment. I've found that some other weed shops have a very uptight environment with lots of rules (whether stated or not), and sometimes those rules are enforced only sporadically. As a person with a lot of anxiety, I can't tolerate an environment like that, and PRC is NOT like that. All the budtenders I've encountered have been friendly and helpful, although I've found that whether I get someone experienced or someone who's been there two days is very inconsistent. They have a very good variety of products for a medium-sized shop, and they're great about putting me on a wait list and following through to call if they're out of something I want and it comes back in stock. For me, the only thing holding me back from giving a 5-star review is that not all of their budtenders know their stuff. I think if an inexperienced budtender encounters someone looking to try something new or that doesn't know what they want, they should pass them off to someone with experience rather than just guessing at stuff, because some people don't want to experiment and are looking for a particular experience. That said, this is definitely my go-to place in Marysville and I love that they have the CBD shop next door as well.

The employees are awesome and know who we are when we walk in which is pretty cool! Definitely a family type atmosphere. I am a forever PRC girl.

Great little store tucked away behind the building. Great prices. Look for the deals, on the day i visited it was 20 percent of vape cartridges. I believe they have a special every day. Their prices were lower than other shops I have been to. They also had a great selection. They have flower, leaf, prerolled, edibles, oils, concentrates. A full one stop shop. I have visited this shop on several occasions over the past few months and have always had a good experience. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Good parking. Sales person was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. The store is large with good lighting and products displayed on the walls behind the counters. Highly recommend checking this one out!

Very very pleased with one of my experiences at this business the products are very large variety the staff is very friendly and attentive very knowledgeable on their products and they even have a return policy on the electronic products if they have a problem I highly suggest this business they have not only flower they have oil they have dab they have Edibles they have drinks they have it all One Stop Shop for your medicinal purposes

Been a long time customer for 3 years for medicinal purposes.

After enduring several "system/rewards" changes, this latest change lost me a 10% off entire purchase, 15% off edible purchase, and a 20% off entire purchase. Was told by person ringing me up when u wanted to redeem my 20% entire purchase they were told by the store manager they WILL NOT honor points customers have accumulated with the new system change.

Before the system change took place +because I come in regularly I knew this was in the process) I asked about it, and was told points would be honored so I did not use my points before the change over since I was planning to pick up a larger order at my next visit.

At my next visit the change was made, and was informed all points were rendered useless. Very upset. I have since told many regular customers/friends and they too now no longer will be customers as well. All too often things like this have happened with this location.

I was given no offer to transfer my points to the new system, either. Very apathetic person ringing me up when I explained my frustration and displeasure.

While the customer service is good, the prices are high and always climbing (my usual purchase was increased by $25 within just 3 weeks apart!). Not unusual for this location either, unfortunately.

I will now be going to the other local store, or making a trip south for better prices and reward system that is ACTUALLY honored. And more importantly, not continue to be duped by continuous system changes and points loss without any attempt to make it right to a faithful customer.

If I could give zero stars, I would. You've lost a very regular customer because of this (AGAIN), plus many others by word of mouth. All over not honoring your reward system. Pity. You can't just keep changing the rewards system and not transferring points all the time and expect to keep customers. This is not the first time this has happened. Bad business.

Best dispensery around! Anytime I ask about something my friends have told me about they have it or at least can direct me to where it is or something equal or better... I almost always just let the bud tenders pick my oil for me cause I've never been disappointed🤷‍♂️
