The manager was having a conversation about buying food stamps from a customer, obviously she knew him, but I just don't think that's appropriate at all. The marijuana is decently priced, I just wish the old employees still worked there, the service just isn't the same. & I know we're all adults, but the foul mouth employees, including that same manager, swear constantly. That's not professional whatsoever.

Used to be my favorite place to get edibles, seems to be going downhill. When I moved to the Prosser area earlier this year, I started going to Altitude because the Bake Shop had unhelpful staff and high prices. For most of the year I would stop in Altitude on Thursday’s and get great deals with the 15% off sales day. However, for the last month or so, even on Thursday’s, the prices are higher than they used to be, plus you never know how much anything will cost because the prices aren’t marked. You have to ask the employees the price of everything.

Been here twice, yet to be dissapointed. The workers here are so knowledgeable and friendly! First time, I went for some CBD edibles and two joints. Boii the edibles were amazing! The joints were not high quality. I got the cheapest they had just for testing. Won't complain though. I also love how it's empty about 100% of the time. Maybe one or two more people but nothing to complain about. The second on 4/7 was all about me being mad at all of Yakima's dispensaries because they would not take my vertical ID. I called ahead of time because I wanted to make sure Altitude accepted it and thanks to Tiffany, yes they accept any ID as long as it's not expired and I'm over 21 (I'm almost 22). Tiffany not only knew what I wanted as soon as I said High CBD joint, she also hooked it up as I was 50 cents short. Got Cannatonic and Lemon OG. The prices here are unbeatable. Will be back soon for more. Sadly Green2Go or Nirvana won't accept my ID. I will not be stopping by any of those soon.

Ahh man, dont even know what to say. The only thing you'll find here that's high, isnt the prices. It's the clientale . Knowledgable staff. Helpful. Friendly . The herb is amazing. I picked some up for a headache. I smoked what a picked up, and the wife was really impressed. My kid said I was a different man. Now I was super impressed because I'm not married and dont have kids. That's some good bud.
