Wonderful staff and a much better experience than the other local shops. None of the shops on this side of the state state compare with the west side, but that may as well be a different universe for stuff like this. Staff was very helpful, polite, and answered all of our questions. Prices are a bit more than I'm used to, but I'll trade that for a better experience any day.

Altitude is one of my favorite dispensary’s to go to. They always have a good variety of products to choose from. Miguel is one of the best workers on the floor and knows his stuff about weed. He’s always respectful and is always trying to help you find what you need 💯

Cindy the manager was rude and unwelcoming after she let me in I got cash out of the atm and the stood in line she said that if I was ready she guess that she would help me. I told her I had a order and gave her my name then she rang me up I asked about my points she said your number was on the bag didn't check and see if I a discount and i asked about my birthday discount I told my birthday was tomorrow and I had to work and wouldn't be able to make it in on Monday if l could get it and she said no I have to come back tomorrow when in passing years they gave it to me. I love Altitude for the friendly people but it looks like there all gone.. Don't know if I'll go back anytime soon and if I could suggest something it's go to a place that has a friendly atmosphere and treat you with respect..
