Very surprised at the lack of customer service by this branch. A couple months back I had called to address and issue with an employee not wearing a face mask or face shield, and was told that they would handle immediately with which at the time, seemed like genuine care. This week I witnessed the same employee not wearing a mask and only a face shield lifted up and not properly placed on. When I was finally able to get a call through to the store I was met with a response from Jessica stating " I don't have time for this we are really busy". I was pretty overwhelmed by her response and lack of care for other customers or possibly co-workers as she continued to tell me that all of the employees were wearing a face mask and that a face shield is the same as a face mask, and that not all employees are required to wear masks. As a business owner, I know what the requirements are for employees to adhere to when working with the general public. I'm just really surprised that this was the take of this employee and her outright lack of care or concern for the issue. After seeing other reviews for this branch's disregards for face masks I'll take it that the company doesn't enforce this policy with their employees since this has been such an ongoing issue. Tried, but sadly just won't feel comfortable going back here. Always had a great experience until now.

Based on this trip alone,I would give them a 4 stars( but for the 3-4times prior it would've been a 3 tops) very personable and product knowledgeable tender I got lucky enough to get what has turned out to be most excellent selections(4) of preforms. Thank you! I was there 1:30 on 9/24 she was shorter than me and had curly hair rockstar customer service
