I want to start by saying I'm still pretty new to dispensaries and this was my first time at Better Buds. I also would prefer to give 3 and a half stars but it won't let me. The prices were great. The place was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and I think they were trying to be helpful, I was pretty happy until I went home and looked up the strains I bought. I told the guy I was looking for a gram to help me sleep so I would think indica and 3.5 grams for daytime to help with anxiety and depression when I prefer a more sativa experience (although I've had budtenders tell me the terpines are more important than indica vs sativa idk that's why I wanted help). After I got home I noticed that both bags were offering the same effect I would associate with an indica strain. Looked them up turns out they're both indica. I debated between 3 and 4 stars because I understand this was one experience and everyone makes mistakes but I told the guy I wanted the bigger bag of sativa specifically because I prefer it and I enjoy using indica to help me sleep so I don't need as much of it. I also mentioned I was on a pretty tight budget so I can't afford to go back right I spent what I allotted for this paycheck already. Also when we moved from the gram options to the 3.5 he pulled out two bags and said they were both indicas in my price range and I reminded him sativa and he still sold me an indica. Again I hate to judge a place harshly on one experience but man I'm pretty disappointed. Not sure if I'll go back.
