Excellent customer service. I am not really a regular at all. I went in because my neck had been hurting and pain medicine was not really helping. The staff was more than helpful. They explained everything and offered me many options. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely love this place, and not just because it's like two minutes from my house lol. The staff is friendly and helpful, they always have the time to help. Better Buds also offers a reward program and will alert you via SMS about current and upcoming sales and events. Everyone is masked up and hand sanitizer is readily available.

Prices are average. They don’t have a first time customer discount and you cant stack discounts. That might not sound that big of a deal, but considering there are of plenty of places that do near by.. it makes it a factor. This place isn’t bad. However, saving 25% somewhere else compared to 10% here on a regular basis matters. But the bud tenders were very nice and their bud is good.

Entire night shift refuses to wear masks and lets customers in without them too. When called to complain, they said “you can just order online.”
As an immunocompromised person, maybe just follow the rules so everyone can safely shop. Considering this place is “alternative medicine”, you think they’d want to protect their at risk customers. Love this place but myself and friends won’t be returning.
