I moved here in April and have been a loyal customer ever since, the staff has mostly been friendly and helpful. I visit the store about once a week or so and I usually purchase cartridges for my vape pen and occasionally flower. I had never had an issue until last week, I purchased a Clear cartridge (which I have several dozen times in the past) and it would not operate with the same vape pen that I had always used for them in the past, naturally I assumed it was my battery which I then charged and tested again a couple hours later, still nothing, I tested it on my tobacco vape pen (which has worked with all of my other cartridges) no luck. I then went to the vape shop down the street and purchased a new pen, still nothing. I'm now 0 for 3, yet all of my other products are working fine on all three of these vape pens.

I immediately went back to your shop and politely explained my issue to the tall blonde who has assisted me several times in the past, always very helpful. She came back with my product, said she tested it herself and it works just fine on her vape battery and would not exchange or return the item. She followed me out to my vehicle where she witnessed me attempting to use this product on the brand new pen, and my tobacco pen with no results, she then placed HER BARE LIPS on my product to test it, without asking my permission OR placing any protection on her lips, it did not work for her either. So now I have a $55 product that staff has clearly seen is not working for a VERY REGULAR CUSTOMER and she has contaminated my product after refusing to return it.

We then headed back into the store to discuss this with a manager on duty, who immediately said no after their whispered conversation, while not even allowing me to speak of the fact that her employee just placed her lips around my product without my permission. I just turned and left quietly in disgust.

I realize that this is a new industry and there are probably not yet safe handling practices in place yet. But to me it would be common sense to not place your bare mouth on someone's property without asking them, especially if you are refusing a return or exchange said product or at least the mouth piece. Now I have a useless (to me) AND contaminated product. Also, you should make customers aware at point of sale that you will only approve returns on products if they use a specific brand of battery that you sell (which is what the manager on duty explained to me AFTER the fact). It was an embarrassing and unfortunate experience. I'm going to miss seeing your otherwise friendly and professional staff every week.

I used to LOVE this place, but the customer service is now horrible. I'd they make a mistake your screwed and if a product is bad, even if it makes someone sick... they'll be condescending and dismissive so you will shut up and leave. I miss the coffee and I miss the kindness, guess it's time to spend my hard earned money elsewhere!

I love this place! They would be huge on the westside but thats what makes them special. They are very inexpensive, friendly staff, and you can get a coffee for while you're figuring out what weed you want.

I went to Sativa Sisters about a week ago and purchased two disposable pens for $30 each. I smoked one pen and went to open the other one and half of the oil had drained out. Fu*king brutal considering it is still in its original packaging. I don’t recommend purchasing disposable pens from here unless you want to pay full price for half a damn cartridge. I live out of state or else I’d go back and exchange it. I Will never go back or recommend this shop to anyone.
